Pension Plan: Effective October 1, 2000, the company will contribute $00.30 per hour for all current employees. New employees will receive this benefit upon completion of the probation period

Vacations: 3 weeks after 1 year
4 weeks after 8 years
5 weeks after 20 years

Group Welfare: employees pay $6.00 every 2 weeks and the employer pays the balance.
Benefits equal 65% of regular wage.
